  • Cornell Cooperative Extension -- Dedicated to sustainability and vitality of local agricultural resources, protecting and enhancing the environment, promoting personal health and wellness through food safety, disease and risk prevention.   • U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) -- Although their site is geared mostly to health isues, the FDA does provide information on food and agricultural safety in addition to regulating feed quality and drug use in livestock and pets.
